Jen Pulaski | Realtor

Jen Pulaski was raised in San Jose’s beautiful Evergreen area. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, majoring in Advertising and a minor in Marketing. Aside from being a licensed realtor since 2004, she also has 17 years’ experience in the corporate industry in the areas of marketing, sales, events, program and project management. She has planned and executed on $20M+ marketing programs, she is an expert at collaborating and building relationships and most importantly, she is distinguished among colleagues and clients alike for her integrity, loyalty and professionalism.

Being an investor and homeowner, Jen has first-hand experience in what it means to buy and sell real estate. She cares for her client’s whole heartedly and takes the time to understand their needs. Presently, she lives with her husband, daughter and two boys in Elk Grove. She loves to spend quality time with her family. ​ You will always find her at her local Starbucks for her morning cup of coffee. She has completed a triathlon and half-marathon and likes to stay active, as she has two young boys to run after.

Jenny was absolutely wonderful and the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure of working with! She and EQ1 pays close attention to detail and the trends in your specific neighborhood and are highly knowledgeable about the market in the bay area. My wife and I hadn't' sold a home in over a decade and wasn't sure what to expect. Jenny provided all the details of how to prep the house, provided exactly what needed to be done to sale the home quickly, down to the paint color, and even had specific references for which we ended up using most of them! This is my 3rd home I sold and by far the easiest and most expedient service I have ever encountered. Long over due review of our realtor Jen. From the beginning when we got in touch with her she has been with us every step of the way. She made the transition of looking for a home to buying a home a smooth one. She is an experienced realtor that prepared us what to expect so there wouldn't be any surprises since we were first time home buyers. She was always available whenever we had any questions and when we had meetings with the builder she made sure to make time out of her busy schedule to accompany us. Jen, knowing we were first time home buyers also, made calls to the builder to make sure that things were going as planned and relayed any information back to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We met Jenny through a referral from a friend as we began our journey to purchase our first home. Throughout the process, we found her to be highly knowledgeable about our target area, very responsive to our questions, and well balanced between giving advice and allowing us to make our own decisions.
